What we collect
- The booking form. Your name, business, phone, email, what you told us about your week, and how you'd like to meet.
- Calls. Assessment calls are recorded and transcribed for note-taking, with your okay at the start of the call.
- Business information you share while we work together: how your processes run, tools you use, rough figures about time and revenue.
Why
To reply to you, to run your assessment, and to produce your report. Nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the work.
AI tools
Transcripts and notes may be processed with AI tools, for example Anthropic's Claude, to help draft your report. We review everything ourselves before it reaches you.
How long
Twelve months after our last contact, then deleted. Sooner if you ask: email hello@smallbusinesssolutions.ai and it's gone within ten business days.
We send commercial email only with consent, we identify ourselves in every message, and every message has a working unsubscribe that we honour within ten business days, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host. Recordings and documents are stored in Google Workspace. Both may store data outside Canada.
